Our Returns Policy
Please read the following carefully.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it in its original condition and with original packaging within 7 days of you receiving your order.
If goods are damaged then please email or phone us and we will endeavor to sort the problem out for you.
Please email us with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for return. We aim to contact you within 24 hours of us receiving your email (there may be a slight delay in the reply if we receive your email over the weekend).
When returning the item(s) can you please include your order or invoice number and a brief note explaining the reason for return.
Once we have received your return we will either issue a full refund for the price paid for the item(s) or in the case of damaged goods offer a replacement or repair. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used within 30 days of us receiving your return.
Please note that the item must be returned at your own expense unless they have been found to be defective in some way, in which case the cost of return will be repayable. Goods damaged in transit should be noted at the time of delivery and a comment made on the Delivery Note when presented by the haulage company setting out a description of, and the extent of damage incurred. It is helpful if the delivery driver can be asked to countersign both copies of the Delivery Note.
